Senior Manager – Finance Transformation leads two strategic workstreams supporting Minor Food's international expansion: the implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion across international food business units, and the establishment of globally scalable finance and accounting Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. The role provides end-to-end transformation leadership across business process design, technology deployment, operating model development, transition management, governance, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and value realization. Working across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Tax, Legal, People & Culture, business-unit leadership, and external service providers, the Senior Manager will ensure that the future operating model is standardized, controlled, scalable, and responsive to local business requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Transformation Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and execute the transformation roadmap for Minor Food international expansion.
- Translate strategic growth priorities into an integrated portfolio of process, technology, data, organization, and service-delivery initiatives.
- Establish clear transformation governance, decision rights, milestones, interdependencies, and escalation mechanisms.
- Build executive alignment across Minor Food, Corporate Finance, Corporate SCM, and international business units.
- Maintain focus on measurable business outcomes, adoption, and sustainable value realization.
Oracle Fusion Implementation & International Rollout:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion for international Food business units.
- Coordinate finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, technology, and reporting requirements as applicable to each rollout.
- Drive fit-to-standard design while identifying legitimate regulatory, statutory, tax, operational, and market-specific requirements.
- Oversee business requirements, process design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Work closely with implementation partners, IT, Oracle platform teams, process owners, and business-unit leadership to deliver on scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure appropriate financial controls, segregation of duties, role design, master-data governance, and audit readiness are embedded in the solution.
Finance & Accounting Global BPO Establishment:
- Design and establish a scalable global BPO operating model for Finance, Accounting, and SCM services.
- Define the service scope across relevant process towers, including Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report
- Develop the service catalog, retained organization model, governance forums, role accountabilities, escalation paths, and interaction model between markets, global process owners, and the BPO provider.
- Lead vendor selection support, due diligence, solution validation, commercial and service-design inputs, contract and statement-of-work requirements, and mobilization planning.
- Establish service-level agreements, key performance indicators, operational controls, quality measures, issue management, and continuous-improvement mechanisms.
- Oversee knowledge transfer, transition waves, stabilization, and movement into business-as-usual operations while protecting business continuity.
Global Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop, implement, and enforce global policies, procedures, process standards, and controls across international food businesses.
- Lead end-to-end process design and ensure processes are efficient, controlled, customer-focused, and enabled by Oracle Fusion and the BPO model.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, workflow, analytics, and reduction of manual effort.
- Partner with global process owners and business units to deploy leading practices and resolve cross-functional process issues.
- Create a continuous-improvement pipeline and ensure corrective actions are sustained.
Program & Project Management:
- Manage integrated plans covering workstreams, resources, milestones, budget, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and benefits.
- Coordinate multiple implementation waves and service transitions across countries, legal entities, brands, and operating models.
- Provide concise and decision-oriented reporting to steering committees and senior executives.
- Anticipate delivery risks and establish practical mitigation, contingency, and business-continuity plans.
- Ensure project documentation, approvals, controls, and audit trails are complete and maintained.
Stakeholder, Vendor & Change Management:
- Act as the primary transformation partner for Minor Food, Minor SCM, and international business stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive workshops, design forums, process reviews, readiness assessments, and decision sessions.
- Manage implementation partners and BPO providers through clear deliverables, performance expectations, issue resolution, and governance.
- Lead change-impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change-agent networks, and adoption monitoring.
- Build trust across cultures and functions, influence without direct authority, and resolve competing requirements constructively.
Data, Controls & Performance Management:
- Establish ownership and governance for finance master data, transactional data, reporting structures, and migration quality.
- Ensure solutions support timely, accurate, and consistent financial reporting and management insight.
- Define transformation and operational KPIs covering delivery, adoption, service quality, efficiency, control, and business outcomes.
- Monitor BPO and system performance, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Support a controlled transition from local or legacy arrangements to the target global model.
Team & Capability Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional project teams comprising business resources, technology teams, external consultants, and service-provider personnel.
- Coach process leads, subject-matter experts, key users, and change champions.
- Build internal capability in Oracle Fusion, global process ownership, shared services, BPO governance, and transformation delivery.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, improvement-oriented, and customer-focused working culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- CPA, CMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in Finance/SCM Transformation, ERP implementation, Shared Services, Global Business Services, BPO, Finance Operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading complex Oracle Fusion or comparable cloud ERP implementations across multiple countries or business units.
- Demonstrated experience designing, establishing, transitioning, or governing BPO or shared-services operations.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of processes, controls, data, systems, and operating models.
- Experience managing system integrators, consulting firms, and outsourcing service providers.
- Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or another multi-site operating environment is preferred.
- Strong business English is required; additional language capability is advantageous.
- Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally as required.
