Senior Manager - HR Strategic Projects Delivery (HR PMO)
Reporting To: Head of HR (Director of HR)
Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager - HR Strategic Projects Delivery is responsible for leading and delivering enterprise-wide HR strategic initiatives and transformation programs that support Lotus's business priorities and people agenda. This role acts as a key bridge between HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and adoption of strategic HR programs.
The incumbent will drive complex projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, effective stakeholder engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, resilience in navigating ambiguity and change, agile ways of working, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic HR initiatives, transformation programs, and organizational projects aligned with business priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans with clear governance, milestones, timelines, risks, and success measures.
- Ensure high-quality project execution while balancing speed, flexibility, and business impact.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within HR processes, systems, and operating models.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and corporate functions.
- Manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, ensuring alignment, commitment, and timely decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project governance meetings to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations and effective communication.
Program & Change Delivery
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with expected outcomes.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive change management activities to improve stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainability of project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR, HR Transformation, Strategic Projects, PMO, Consulting, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing enterprise-wide stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and change management methodologies.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications would be advantageous.
