Senior Manager Internal Audit

Senior Manager – Internal Audit is responsible for assisting Director - Internal Audit to manage and execute approved internal audit plan to ensure that the audit plan of the MINOR group and the entity being audited are in place, adequate and effective. This position is required to focus on people management to develop team and build organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update internal audit methodology for the group
• Update on the audit progress and any emerging issues during audit fieldwork
• Draft audit report and submit to the Director for reviewing
• Conduct special investigation as requested by the audit committee and senior management
• Attend and/or conduct internal meetings
• Participate in recruitment and hiring process of internal auditors
• Lead and supervise team to execute internal audit assignment as per approved internal audit plan by adopting risk-based approach
• Develop fieldwork schedules, priorities and detailed audit programs for achieving audit objectives and goals
• Ensure audit program is used and updated for each audit job
• Complete internal audit assignments within agreed timeline and scope

About you

• Master's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• At least 7 years working experience at manager level with multi-national company with good knowledge of Internal Auditing, Governance, Risks and Assurance
• People and team management experience
• Advance English skill, especially in speaking and writing
• Effective interpersonal skills
