Senior Manager, IT Application Development
Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Lead development and implementation of IT CORE software features across frontend, backend, automation, and data services
- Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD processes for all application builds
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration on new product rollouts and support escalations
- Maintain product documentation, code repositories, and support presales technical inputs
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and guide internal developers and contractors across projects
- Design scalable, microservices-based platforms with modern development tools
- Evaluate new technologies, programming languages, and dev methodologies
- Resolve Tier 2/3/4 technical issues and lead solution testing/troubleshooting
