Understand target audiences and collect insights to analyze consumer journey and purchasing behaviour
Develop communication startegies and execution across ATL, BTL, Digital and In-store, such as, KOLs, contents, POSM, and so on
Design communication plan aligned with product launches and promotions in CVS, traditional trade and online channels
Track and report campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing, sales and trade marketing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communication in FMCG, experience in sachet cream is preferred
Strong understanding of CVS and upcountry market
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, provide strategic insights and ablility translate insight into sales-driven campaigns
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage short timelines, and perform effectively under pressure
