We are looking for a highly organized and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing communications, PR coordination, KOL management, and campaign execution across entertainment and content marketing initiatives.
Brand Communication
- Develop integrated marketing communication plans for content launches, including strategy, target audience, communication channels, timeline, budget allocation, and competitive landscape analysis
- Drive digital-first marketing strategies while ensuring strong through-the-line communication across online, offline, PR, media, and on-ground activations
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
- Monitor campaign performance, audience insights, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future campaigns
- Prepare post-campaign reports, key learnings, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and the Head of Marketing & PR
- Review and proofread marketing materials, press releases, and creative assets to ensure accuracy and quality
- Manage and organize brand assets for internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate out-of-home (OOH) media execution, including booking, artwork delivery, and performance reporting
KOL & Influencer Management
- Collaborate with influencer/KOL agencies to identify suitable creators for each campaign
- Prepare comprehensive KOL briefs, including campaign objectives, target audience, content background, deliverables, timeline, and budget
- Monitor influencer performance and campaign effectiveness, and recommend adjustments when necessary
Public Relations & Event Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for PR agencies and media partners
- Coordinate PR plans, campaign messaging, press materials, and media communications
- Prepare regular PR updates and campaign reports for the Head of Marketing & PR
- Support corporate communications, media interviews, and publicity opportunities
- Assist in organizing press events, launch activities, and promotional appearances
Cross-functional & External Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns and brand visibility
- Liaise with award organizers, media partners, event venues, and content partners as needed
- Support artist and talent promotional activities through PR and marketing initiatives
Media & Event Coordination
- Coordinate media placements and promotional spaces with vendors and partners
- Work closely with creative and content marketing teams on artwork production and delivery
- Coordinate with event venues and partners to support marketing events and activations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, entertainment marketing, or related industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and integrated marketing communications
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and audience insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing KOL/influencer campaigns and PR agencies
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Experience in entertainment, streaming, media, or digital platforms is a plus
