Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial reporting across various business entities, including fund-level analytics. Prepare structured management reports, transforming financial performance data into actionable insights. Conduct in-depth financial performance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of investment portfolios and strategic projects, including asset management and capital deployment activities. Assist in the monitoring of liquidity, capital commitments, funding requirements, and capital allocation across investment vehicles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate data for informed business decisions. Support corporate governance by preparing board papers, presentations, and documentation for various meetings. Enhance reporting processes to improve data accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency. Conduct strategic and financial analyses of business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. Collaborate effectively with headquarters and regional offices to ensure alignment with policies and strategic initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field. Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, ideally within a corporate environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Proficient in financial modeling and data interpretation. Familiarity with corporate governance practices and reporting requirements.
