Prepare input parameter for capacity analysis tool.
Execute Capacity analysis report, Analyse the result, Anticipate potential risk related to capacity outlook and propose solution to prevent capacity constrained.
Update Planning parameter for new item setup in ERP system
Calculate safety stock levels of Casted part, Spare parts, Plastic and Stamping to meet demand forecast, update to ERP system.
Ensure production order has been delivered to stakeholder with inventory optimization / meet timeline.
Ensure that Casted part are available to meet Agile / Bundle demand
Monitor New Campaign hand-over status, Ensure that new campaign item are ready before order placment timeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on New Campaign status, Production order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate actions to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock
Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities.
Communicate efficient and effective with all stakeholder.
Qualification
At least 1-3 years of experience in Planning/Supply Chain filed.
Experience in Capacity Planning.
Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
Experience in ERP system (AX, SAP, etc)
