Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate assigned work conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duty
2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of carrying out routine operations
3. Ensure all daily operations are carried out as per schedule
4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers satisfaction
5. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients
Requirements:
1. 6-Day Work Week (8am-7pm)
2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
3. Able to work outdoors in islandwide locations and able to go to multiple locations daily.
4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
5. At least 3 years experience in similar role
