About The Role
You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance driver and fleet engagement while ensuring high operational standards across all touchpoints. This includes developing scalable processes and frameworks to improve quality, monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement, and driving continuous improvement
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for customers and partners by setting and upholding operational standards across all key touchpoints.
- Develop scalable frameworks and processes to manage and improve fleet and driver quality, while monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement.
- Identify local bottlenecks and opportunities, designing and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with central and local teams.
- Build and manage strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure alignment on business goals, performance targets, and long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing to localize and implement strategic projects that support growth and sustainability.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence by supporting internal teams and partners, taking on varied operational challenges with a startup mindset, and mentoring junior team members as needed.
About you:
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, mobility, or similar fast-paced environments.
- You're highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- You're detail-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership – you don't wait to be told what to do.
- You're a clear and confident communicator, fluent in English and Thai.
- You're comfortable managing and engaging multiple stakeholders while adapting priorities in a dynamic environment
