Summary of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and effective use of resources in alignment with EGAT PPA, EDL requirements, and internal management systems.

Planning, Operational & Outage Compliance
- Execute and maintain a 7-year rolling maintenance program in strict alignment with EGAT PPA requirements and EDL annual planned maintenance.
- Develop and control annual maintenance calendars for generating units and auxiliary systems to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Lead planning and execution oversight for annual outages, partial overhauls, and warranty remediation projects.
- Maintain and follow Integrated Management Systems (IMS) as a contributor to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001.
Resource Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors for major maintenance and upgrade projects to minimize impact on plant operations.
- Manage long-term outage planning and capacity leveling to balance operational constraints with plant availability targets.
Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Governance
- Ensure all systems are maintained and returned to service in accordance with company standards and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Administer maintenance documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support compliance audits and certifications.
- Optimize the preventive maintenance program and monitor maintenance work status to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance conditions to support equipment reliability.
Interpersonal & Leadership Expectations
- Planning & Prioritization: Apply long-term planning, resource leveling, and critical-path scheduling to major outages to ensure high-impact tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Actively coordinate between Operations, Maintenance, and external contractors to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
- Team Leadership & Development: Execute maintenance scheduling, enforce workflow standards, and support knowledge sharing and team capability development.
- Adaptive Problem Solving: Demonstrate adaptability and strong work ethics in responding to the dynamic requirements of a Hydro Power Plant environment.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Manage and negotiate long-term vendor and service contracts for specialized technical activities in accordance with company policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a critical environment or power plant.
- Experiences to use CMMS - Maximo / MS project.
- Experiences of power plant major/ minor overhual will be advantage.
- Experiences of PPA EGAT will be advantage.
- Good command in English and computer literacy.
