Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant to lead solution design, client advisory, and implementation activities across HR technology projects. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, you will combine functional expertise with a consultative approach to deliver impactful HR transformation solutions.
This role offers significant exposure to client-facing engagements, solution workshops, and pre-sales activities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both delivery excellence and helping organizations define their future HR technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Advisory & Pre-Sales Support
- Partner with business development and leadership teams during client pursuits, discovery workshops, and solution presentations.
- Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges, HR processes, and transformation objectives.
- Contribute to solution proposals, estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project scoping activities.
- Present solution capabilities, implementation methodologies, and best-practice recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and responses to RFP/RFIs where required.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions.
- Design and configure HRIS modules in alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Provide functional leadership across implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams, and project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities while providing practical recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate successful decision-making throughout the engagement.
Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
- Review project deliverables and configuration work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
- Support go-live planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure project documentation remains complete, accurate, and aligned with delivery standards.
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on solution design, client engagement, and delivery best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing across project teams and contribute to capability development initiatives.
- Develop reusable assets, implementation frameworks, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- 4-7 years of HRIS, HCM, or HR Technology consulting and implementation experience.
- Minimum of three end-to-end HR technology implementation projects.
- Deep expertise in one or more HR domains such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, Time & Attendance, or Payroll.
- Experience facilitating client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting solution design, project scoping, or pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications in leading HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, or similar solutions are advantageous.
