Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within manufacturing; experience with raw materials, packaging or quality-sensitive products is advantageous.
  • At least three years of team leadership experience, including performance management, coaching and team development.
  • Proven capability in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, contract management and supplier development.
  • Sound understanding of inventory planning, material requirements, warehouse operations and inbound logistics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, with the ability to use data to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Effective communication skills in Thai and business English for collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
