• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Procurement Governance & Regulatory Compliance
• Legal Risk Assessment & Contractual Risk Mitigation
• Corporate Governance & Procurement Policies
• Collaboration with Internal Legal Teams
• Technology Procurement, Software Licensing, SaaS & Cloud Contracts
• Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Intellectual Property (IP) awareness
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Role and Responsibilities

·      Drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement and commercial agreements to achieve a calibrated best position for the Company from contractual and business perspectives.

·      Advising on all relevant policy, compliance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to cybersecurity & data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, digital and technology laws under the general context of Synapxe Procurement.

·      Advising on and managing contracting documentation and processes.

·      Work closely with Procurement, Legal and other corporate functions and stakeholders. 

We're looking for professionals with strong experience in procurement combined with legal and contract management, particularly those who have worked closely with Legal teams to negotiate contracts, manage contractual risks, and ensure compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
