Job Duties

• Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities to ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements, approved designs, and construction schedules.
• Review mechanical drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and specifications to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams to support project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor site installation activities, conduct inspections, and ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with quality requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system handover activities to ensure operational readiness and project completion.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional engineering license or relevant construction and safety certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in M&E construction, project engineering, or site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation, coordination, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Experience in large-scale building, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of project planning, construction sequencing, cost control, risk management, and project reporting.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and technical submissions.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Project, or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
