Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Office (PMO) professional with at least 5 years of experience in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project governance, improving delivery processes, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple tech-related projects across departments.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring adherence to standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement tools or methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the tech portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
