Primary Purpose:

The Senior Quality Auditor Jewelry is responsible for executing quality audits and inspections across the jewelry production process, ensuring adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports the quality management system through detailed assessments, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence and supplier accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct through inspections of fashion jewelry at supplier sites, including raw materials, in process production, and finished goods.

- Partner closely with vendors to implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring compliance with brand and customer quality standards.

- Review pre-production samples and bulk production for alignment with approved specifications.

- Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions with clarity and accuracy, within set timelines.

- Analyze findings to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist in supplier performance evaluations and contribute to improvement plans.

- Provide technical training to vendor teams on quality standards, testing protocols, and best practices.

- Support product development and engineering teams in evaluating new materials and construction methods.

- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure quality standards are met prior to final shipment.

Qualifications:

- bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 35 years of experience in jewelry quality assurance, auditing, or manufacturing.

- Familiarity with RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council) compliance, ISO 9001, and AQL standards.

- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials.

- Proficiency in English and Thai language. Chinese is a plus.

- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) ASQ

- RJC compliance experience or certification
