Senior Solution Architect / Technical Director (Data Center) 200-400K++

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Technical Director to lead the design and delivery of large-scale Data Center infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

Must have: experience in Data Center design, engineering, integration, or turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Lead the design of data center infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Electrical and/or HVAC systems.
• Develop technical solutions, including system design, load calculations, technical route selection, budget estimation, and project schedules.
• Work closely with engineering, commercial, and project teams to prepare and present technical proposals.
• Review and coordinate detailed engineering documents and shop drawings with consultants and subcontractors.
• Support solution costing, bidding activities, and technical/commercial clarifications.
• Identify and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all solutions comply with customer requirements, industry standards, and project quality objectives.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Data Center design, engineering, integration, or turnkey projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and/or HVAC systems for mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in large-scale Data Center projects is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Data Center industry standards such as TIA, BICSI, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and related standards.
• Experience in technical proposal, solution design, bidding, or project delivery is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
