Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

• Strategic Partnering: Partner with hiring managers to plan staffing needs, headcount, and recruitment budgets.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment using various sourcing channels and tools.
• Pipeline Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Talent Advisory: Advise on job descriptions, competency-based interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with regional TA teams and provide recruitment updates and reports.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with People Operations to align recruitment with business goals.
• Thought Leadership: Provide insights on talent trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 - 10 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken) as you will interact with local and regional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
