Senior Tax Specialist

Position Summary

Senior Tax Specialist is responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly tax compliance filings, including corporate income tax, special business tax, value added tax, withholding tax, and stamp duty, as well as ad hoc tax-related assignments

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly tax filings, including corporate income tax, special business tax, value added tax, withholding tax, and stamp duty.
• Ensure tax filings are accurate, complete, properly supported, and submitted to the Revenue Department within statutory deadlines.
• Prepare monthly corporate income tax calculations for tax provisioning purposes.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support tax-related system design, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support ad hoc tax assignments, process improvements, and compliance documentation as assigned.
• Practical support on tax compliance matters, including issue resolution, stakeholder follow-up, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, TA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum seven to ten years of experience in tax compliance, preferably with exposure to Oracle system or tax reporting automation.
• Strong understanding of Thai tax compliance requirements and recurring tax filing processes.
• Practical experience in process improvement, system integration, or tax reporting automation is preferred.
