Senior Technical Support Engineer - Solar PV

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and internal business development teams.

Responsibilities

• You'll provide technical support for PV products.
• You'll deliver training for customers, installers and EPC for technical needs.
• You'll coordinate with R&D to solve general problems and plan troubleshooting solutions.
• You'll be travelling to the site to help customers solve problems or collect data.
• You'll produce reports to enable product failure analysis and risk assessment.
• Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems

Qualifications

• Experience in Solar PV industry
• Electrical or engineering background
• Professional English and native in Thai language
