Senior Technology Control / Brewery Technology Manager

Work location: Thai Asia Pacific Brewery

Bangbuathong-Suphanburi Rd., Tambol Saiyai, Amphur Sainoi,Nontaburi

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Systems & Food Safety across brewery operations, ensuring product integrity from raw materials through to finished products.
• Drive and continuously improve ISO, FSSC, GMP, HACCP and other quality & food safety systems in line with HEINEKEN standards.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), product/process innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage internal and external quality issues through root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence and TPM/PQ Pillar initiatives to strengthen manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Production, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to optimize quality, cost and operational performance.
• Develop team capability across Quality Assurance, Brewing Technology, Packaging Technology and Laboratory.
• Translate business strategy into long-term quality, people, process and equipment development plans, while fostering a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Packaging Technology, Product Development, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or other related science fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety, Process Technology, or related functions within Food & Beverage / FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Food Safety Systems, including ISO, FSSC, GMP and HACCP.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, process improvement and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Experience in brewing and/or packaging processes is an advantage.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to be based at the Brewery, Bang Bua Thong–Suphan Buri Road, Sai Yai, Sai Noi, Nonthaburi.
