Senior UX/UI Designer (Design Systems)

Job Highlight:

• At least 7 years experience as a Frontend Developer or/and UXUI Designer

Job description:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of design system components, ensuring cross-platform compatibility (Web, Android, iOS, Flutter).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and product teams to create a unified and cohesive design system.
• Define and maintain design guidelines, UI patterns, and component libraries that can be reused across different teams and platforms.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital interfaces.
• Facilitate collaboration between design and development teams to ensure smooth implementation of design system components.
• Advocate for design system best practices and ensure scalability as new platforms or features are introduced.
• Regularly audit and update the design system to maintain its relevance and effectiveness.
• Create documentation and guidelines to ensure teams can easily adopt and implement design system elements.

Requirements

• At least has experience for Frontend Developer or/and UXUI Designer with minimum 7 years
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on design systems and cross-platform component design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and experience working with developers (knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus).
• Familiarity with platform-specific design principles (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, etc.) across Web, Android, iOS, and Flutter.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on creating consistent, scalable, and accessible UI components.
• Ability to solve complex design problems and think systematically.
• Experience in building or contributing to a design system for a large-scale product is highly desirable.
