YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior UX/UI Designer role is responsible for all activities related to designing user solutions for the transport management system used across our Air & Ocean globally.

• Lead end-to-end UX design for the global Transport Management System, from user research and workflow analysis to wireframes, prototypes, and validating user experiences.
• Act as a strong UX advocate, confidentially challenging assumptions, influencing stakeholders, and driving user-centered decisions in complex operational environments.
• Define user personas and journey maps across TMS user roles.
• Work independently to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation with minimal supervision.
• Conduct user research, usability testing with TMS users, and stakeholder workshops to uncover insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the product experience.
• Design and optimize task-driven, efficient workflows for core logistics processes.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear, intuitive, scalable, and efficient user-centered solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering teams, domain experts, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, effective, and aligned with real-world operational needs.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency across the TMS ecosystem.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including leadership.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of strong experience in designing digital products in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or similar operational domains.
• Strong UX focus with proven experience in user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design and translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, auto layout, variants, scalable UI architecture, and design system management.
• Experience designing UI/UX for complex, workflow-heavy, or enterprise/operational systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, logistics, or similar strongly preferred).
• Experience building or maintaining a scalable design system across platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business and operational processes into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills/ able to communicate effectively at all levels globally.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning UX end-to-end in an early stage and delivering results with minimal guidance.
• Experience working within a global, cross-functional operational excellence or digital transformation team.
