Job Summary

Reporting to the Service Team Lead, you will perform servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and testing of navigation systems and generators, attend emergency repairs, and provide technical support to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and testing of marine navigation systems to ensure operational reliability
Conduct generator servicing, repair, and maintenance to maintain equipment functionality
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime
Analyze equipment failures to identify causes and recommend or implement corrective actions
Complete assigned jobs within deadlines while meeting customer specifications and quality standards
Carry out rectification works at customer sites to resolve technical issues
Fulfill standby duties for urgent service requests outside office hours
Provide continuous technical and operational support to customers to ensure system performance
Assist with additional duties as directed by the Service Team Lead
