Shipping Agency of Regional Full Containerised Shipments and Vessel's Operations for bunkering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee container shipping operations within our regional
Coordinate effectively with principals, regional agency offices, and shippers to align operational activities and resolve issues
Manage end-to-end containerised and Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) shipment processes with the team to deliver reliable service outcomes
Prepare and verify complete sets of shipping export documents to ensure full regulatory compliance and accuracy
Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address daily operational requirements and resolve challenges
Manage ship's husbandry operations during bunkering calls in Singapore

Requirements

Possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
Relevant experience in port agency, shipping operations and containerised service.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, port procedures, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, relevant system software to support software and streamline shipping operations.
Ability to work under pressure, often requiring 24/7 availability.
