We are seeking an experienced SI Manager to join our Data Center Solution Sales Team in Thailand. Looking forward to having you join our 85,000 colleagues in building a Smarter and Greener future, together!

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution coordination, site readiness tracking, project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project schedule, milestones, resource planning, risk register, issue log and escalation process.
• Track project cost, variations, claims, purchase orders, service reports and required documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers to build a high-performing execution culture.
• Define, roll out, and standardize the organization's Project Management framework, methodology, and best practices.
• Implement standardized PM tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and templates to streamline execution and improve reporting efficiency.
• Oversee project P&L and implement rolling financial forecasting for SI revenue and project costs. Monitor burn rates and mitigate financial risks to protect profit margins.
• Prepare regular project updates for country, regional and management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with PMP, Prince2, or specialized technical certifications preferred.
• Proven expertise in project management experience within data center, critical power, or industrial electrical infrastructure domains.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, revenue recognition, budget control, and P&L oversight.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities across internal executive teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to thrive and make clear decisions under high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong business communication skills in English
