Singapore hiring Desktop Support Engineer | Leading Global Investment Firm

A major global investment firm with a sophisticated, high-performance technology environment is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join its Singapore team.

This is a high-touch role supporting users across a fast-paced investment environment, including senior leadership, with exposure to a broad range of technologies rather than being limited to traditional desktop support.

➡️ 5+ years experience supporting users within a hedge fund, asset manager or financial institution

➡️ Strong Windows, Active Directory and Office 365 experience

➡️ Citrix / Azure VDI and remote-user support

➡️ Exposure to Bloomberg / market data applications

➡️ VPN and basic network troubleshooting

➡️ Mobile devices and collaboration platforms

➡️ PowerShell / scripting / automation experience a plus

They are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and service delivery, and who are comfortable supporting demanding users in a high-performance financial environment.
