Job Description

Act as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Requirement:

Engineering background with at least 3 years of construction site experience
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques.
