The Site Project EHS Lead will develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategies for the Project, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, legal requirements, and best practices throughout design and construction phases. This role will lead EHS planning, audits, risk assessments, and culture-building initiatives while managing internal and contractor EHS teams.
Key Responsibilitie
- Develop and execute EHS plans, policies, and budgets for all project phases
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage permit processes
- Implement Construction Safety Management System (CSMS) and contractor qualification procedures
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive corrective actions
- Promote strong EHS culture through training, communication, and recognition programs
- Lead emergency planning and incident reporting systems
- Supervise internal EHS team and contractor EHS personnel; ensure alignment with APAC EHS resources.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in a related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of EHS experience; 5 years in supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
