Job Description

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive the reliability, availability, performance, and resilience of critical applications and services. This role focuses on reliability engineering, observability, production readiness, incident management, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and IT Service Management (ITSM) teams to strengthen production stability, automate operational processes, and ensure reliable service delivery.

What you'll do

  • Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services, tracking availability, latency, throughput, error rates, and potential failure risks.
  • Lead application onboarding to the Observability (Obs) Platform, ensuring end-to-end monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and service-health dashboards are implemented across critical services.
  • Validate failover and recovery capabilities, review performance and load-testing results, identify system bottlenecks, and strengthen application resilience, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Ensure production readiness by validating reliability metrics, monitoring configurations, alerts, dashboards, and application onboarding to the Production Observability Platform.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing operational toil, automating repetitive tasks and remediation, and translating production insights into actionable engineering improvements.
  • Partner with the Service Desk and IT Service Management (ITSM) teams to coordinate technical incident response, troubleshoot service disruptions, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and facilitate post-incident reviews.
  • Track corrective and preventive actions, address recurring incidents, and improve incident response and recovery processes to strengthen service availability and operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams to improve production stability, performance, and reliability throughout the application lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, production operations, application support, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, availability, latency, throughput, error rates, and service health indicators.
  • Hands-on experience with observability platforms and tools for monitoring, centralized logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and dashboarding.
  • Experience in application onboarding, production deployment, production readiness assessments, and operational monitoring implementation.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, failover validation, recovery procedures, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant system design.
  • Experience in incident management, technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and corrective and preventive action tracking.
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual operational effort, and improve incident detection, response, and recovery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, infrastructure, operations, and ITSM teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.

Only qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps.
