Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and support SMT production equipment, including Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow Oven.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and identify root causes of equipment or process issues.
- Support machine changeovers, product setup, and new model introduction activities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Analyze SMT defects and support corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve daily manufacturing issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with SMT equipment such as Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, AOI, Reflow, X-Ray, Wave Soldering, or Selective Soldering.
- Able to perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
- Understanding of SMT defects and PCB assembly processes.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a production environment.
- Experience with Korean, Japanese, or international electronics manufacturers would be an advantage.
