- Manage and coordinate all Case and Issue resolution.
- Provide direct support for Rework and Return processes at SOCE, intervening proactively in case of issues or assistance is needed.
- Monitor operational issues and track performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis on operational findings.
- Good communication to other team
- Analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Proven working experience in project management
- Multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- Work with timeline and extra long working hours during campaign
