Responsibilities

People Management & Mentorship:
Hire, onboard, and coach software engineers. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning.
Project Delivery & Execution:
Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Plan sprints, set realistic milestones, remove workflow blockers, and ensure projects ship on time and within budget
Technical Oversight & Strategy:
Drive the technical vision, system architecture, and long-term engineering roadmap. Participate in design reviews and guide complex technical trade-offs without necessarily writing production code daily.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Security teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
Process & Culture Improvement:
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies to maximize team effectiveness and system reliability.
