Software Engineer, Back End

As a Software Engineer, Back End, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the software for product operations. • Collaborate with experienced engineers to maintain, refactor, and improve the existing codebases, ensuring its maturity
• Participate in documenting best practices and guidelines for the engineering department
• Assist in designing solutions based on software requirements and architectural considerations
• Implement code that meets our quality and standards criteria
• Assist in monitoring, identifying, and resolving bug issues while maintaining responsible system SLAs
• Maintain regular communication and synchronization with the engineering manager
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating enthusiasm for making progress
• Collaborate with technical leads in designing effective systems
• Participate in peer collaboration, including coding and code reviews

• 1-4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development
• Familiarity with the JavaScript stack, including Node.js, and a preference for TypeScript knowledge
• Familiarity with backend technologies, apis, databases
• A willingness to learn about designing software systems
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills

• Prior experience development with Retool
• Prior experience development with GraphQL
• Experience in working in the financial or investment industry
