Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Solution and After Sales Services Engineer to lead our solar inverter business support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar PV systems, particularly in inverter technology, and a proven track record in managing customer solutions and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive solution strategies for our solar inverter products, addressing customer needs and market demands
  • Manage and enhance the after-sales service program, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead & Build a team of technical support specialists from channel partners, providing guidance and training to maintain service excellence
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs
  • Analyze service data to identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve product reliability
  • Implement and manage a CRM system for tracking customer interactions and service requests
  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams on inverter installation, operation, and maintenance
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to provide technical expertise and support
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with at least 3 years in a solution or after-sales service role
  • In-depth knowledge of solar inverter technology, including string and central inverters
  • Strong understanding of PV system design and integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 30% of the time)
