Solution Integration Manager

Job Summary:

Delta Electronics (Thailand) is forming a new Software & Digital Enablement Team to

accelerate cross-domain solution development across Southeast Asia. We are seeking a

strategic and technically adept Solution Integration Manager to lead integration efforts

and bridge platform engineering with domain solution teams.

Location: Samutprakarn

Working Hours: 7:40 - 17:25

Working Date: Mon - Fri (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between platform developers and solution business

teams

• Translate solution needs into actionable technical specifications for engineering

implementation

• Align integration activities with platform capabilities and business objectives

• Co-design system APIs, data workflows, and comprehensive integration validation

strategies

• Coordinate PoC deployment, ensuring field-readiness and scalability

• Support domain teams in customizing and deploying platform-based applications

• Proactively identify and resolve integration risks and bottlenecks

• This role may require occasional business travel within the Southeast Asia region

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in system integration, solution engineering, or software delivery

• Proven ability to translate domain needs into technical deliverables

• Fast learner with a strong grasp of emerging technologies and industry trends

• Strong foundation in API integration, data workflows, and enterprise system

interoperability

• Practical experience in industrial sectors such as energy infrastructure, data

centers, and building automation

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across functional and cultural

boundaries

• Fluent in Thai and English (Mandarin a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data-driven industrial platforms (e.g., DCIM, BEMS, IIoT/SCADA)

• Experience supporting software-driven solution businesses in Southeast Asia

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PoC/pilot delivery

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
