Solution Manager

About the Job

This role is responsible for leading Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Automation solution development for manufacturing customers. The position combines technical expertise, business development, and project management to deliver end-to-end factory automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering stakeholders to design innovative solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Smart Manufacturing and Factory Automation solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable automation and digitalization solutions.
• Work closely with customers, sales teams, and partners throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Develop solution strategies, technical proposals, and business cases.
• Manage solution implementation projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, system integrators, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and overall business outcomes.
• Drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of experience in Smart Manufacturing, Factory Automation, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience in solution design, system integration, technical consulting, or project management.
• Familiarity with automation technologies such as PLC, MES, IoT, AGV/AMR, WMS, or Manufacturing Digitalization solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Good command of English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
