Role Description The Solutions Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with flexibility for partial work from home.

This role is responsible for understanding client business and technical requirements, designing appropriate solution architectures, and preparing proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and outcomes. Day-to-day activities include conducting presales consultations, performing solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and supporting the preparation of RFP responses and technical documentation. The Solutions Consultant will also coordinate with technology partners, assist in project scoping and planning, and provide guidance during solution implementation to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery. Ongoing responsibilities include staying current with industry trends, security technologies, and WIT's portfolio to advise customers proactively and support long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, evaluate technical options, and translate complex problems into practical solutions.
• Consulting experience in IT or related fields, including client-facing engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and track solution implementation activities and manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud or network solutions; familiarity with AI/ML-based security and DevSecOps is an advantage.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Thai, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
