Job Description

Sourcing & Partnerships Lead (Procurement) will play a critical role in building and leading the company's procurement and partnership function end to end.

This role is responsible for shaping sourcing strategies, developing strong vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring that procurement activities support both client success and the company's long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in vendor sourcing, procurement operations, and strategic partnerships within the advertising, retail, or related industries.

Job description:

Strategic Sourcing & Partnership Developments

  • Define and execute sourcing and partnerships strategies to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across advertising and retail projects. Build a robust partner ecosystem aligned with business and client needs

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and supplier engagements, leading negotiations, commercial discussions, and contact coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal teams to protect the company's interests

Cost Optimization & Market Insight

  • Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and economic factors impacting supplier pricing and serve availability. Drive cost efficiency and value creation through data-driven vendor selection and continuous improvement of procurement processes and governance

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner closely with sales, operations, finance, and other relevant teams to address sourcing challenges, align on project requirements, and deliver effective procurement solutions that support client delivery

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build, lead, and mentor the Sourcing & Partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional, reliable support for internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in procurement or sourcing, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or head-level position
  • Solid experience in retail environments, prior experience within an advertising agency or marketing services industry is considered a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Proven track record of managing procurement activities for marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, product launches, or multi-brand business settings

Technical Skill:

  • Proficiency in procurement systems (ERP) and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
