Sourcing & Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement professional to lead sourcing and procurement activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, driving cost reduction initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and improving procurement efficiency.

Location: Chon Buri 1 position and Bangkok 1 position

MANDATE SCOPE OF SOURCING & PROCURMENT MANAGER

• 
  
  Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
  
• 
  
  Lead sourcing for Direct & Indirect Materials, including manufacturing-related materials and services.
  
  
• 
  
  Manage supplier selection, development, performance, and strategic partnerships.
  
  
• 
  
  Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximize value and competitiveness.
  
  
• 
  
  Drive cost reduction, VA/VE, and supplier improvement initiatives.
  
  
• 
  
  Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and risks to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
  
  
• 
  
  Improve sourcing processes, manage procurement budgets, and prepare management reports.
  
  
• 
  
  Lead and develop the sourcing team while collaborating closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other stakeholders.
  
  

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Sourcing/Procurement Management within manufacturing.
• Strong background in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Experience in manufacturing-related technical materials, equipment, automotive parts, and tooling categories sourcing is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
