Specialist - Bancassurance Products

Job summary

Responsible for developing and delivering GotoMarket execution and supporting bank distribution channels—Branch, Private Banking, Payroll, and others—to enhance sales performance of bancassurance products. Acts as the central coordination point across internal value chain teams to ensure smooth product execution, campaign rollout, and clear communication to sales channels.

Job description

• Develop and execute GotoMarket plans and product initiatives tailored for each customer segment and sales channel.
• Support Branch, Private Banking, Payroll, and other channels to ensure readiness for product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Serve as the communication hub for product updates, promotions, campaign details, and issue resolution for sales channels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Training, Lead Management, and other internal teams to deliver accurate and timely marketing materials, sales tools, and training support.
• Monitor campaign and channel performance, analyze insights, and recommend actions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Consolidate feedback from channels to enhance execution quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
• 8-10 years experience in bancassurance, product execution, channel support, sales enablement, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, bank distribution channels and sales behavior.
• Experience in Go-to-Market execution, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with sales teams.
• Strong problemsolving ability and capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
