Specialist, FE Scheduling (BB)
Job Description
Key accountabilities
- Create Front End plan in weekly and daily production schedules that align with customer (Finishing) requested date and quantity and Production requirement to achieve process efficiency and productivity
- Follow up adherence to plan and take action to deliver according to plan.
- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in PEX, Production, Material Management and Master Planning to get reliable parameters to create effective production schedule.
- Review and discuss performance variance against KPI target with key stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken in timely manner
- More than 2 years in Planning/Supply chain field.
- Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external departments.
- Familiar with planning/ scheduling for fast changing products, changing product mix/complexity.
- Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
- Knowledge in ERP or APS system.
- Proactive thinking and Analytical skill.
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Detailed and result oriented.
