To analyze, design, and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This position plays a role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our learning programs and initiatives. The individual will have 2 main roles: Learning Partner to the assigned Business Units or Group and Product-owner of development program under competency-based development framework to ensure the continuous improvement of learning outcome and contribute to a seamless and impactful learning experience for all employees.
Learning Partner
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to analyze, design, and execute development needs and Joint 40% roadmaps tailored to specific Business Unit (BU) requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning priorities for assigned BUs.
- Facilitate regular meetings with BU leaders to review progress, gather feedback, and adjust learning strategies as needed.
- Support managers and employees in navigating available learning resources and programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of learning interventions, using data to drive continuous improvement
Product Owner for Competency-Based Development
- Design, implement, and manage development programs aligned with the organization's competency framework.
- Develop program materials, including curricula, guides and digital content.
Trainer & Facilitator
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Facilitate group learning, discussions, and activities to maximize participation and knowledge retention.
- Adapt training delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and business needs.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve future training sessions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
Special Projects & Other
- Participate in special projects related to talent, learning, and culture.
- Administer Learning Management System (LMS), including user support, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in HR, L&D, or data/reporting roles (internships included).
Skill and Knowledge:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
