Specialist, PD Process & System Management
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to identify process and system improvement opportunities in existing E2E process.
- Conduct research and analysis on Next-Generation PLM systems and engage vendors for demonstration.
- Collaborate with Process Development (PD), IT, and Finance teams for new initiaitves business case analysis, system design, development, UAT, and implementation.
- Support adoption of new processes and new system through users training, users roles and access management.
- Be the bridge to support process optimisation and new system development.
- 3+ years experience in process optimisation and As-is and To-be process mapping in manufacturing industry.
- 2+ years experience in data analysis.
- 2+ years experience in software development working with IT team.
- FlexPLM, Dynamic AX, or SAP experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Thai
- Good cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Growth mindset with continuous learning orientation.
- Sense of urgency.
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI)
- Jira software
- PLM or other ERP systems
