Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable improvement plans aligned with Visteon's operational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain process improvements, ensuring alignment with automotive industry standards and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to synchronize supply chain activities and mitigate risks.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and modeling techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supplier performance.
- Drive root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support the deployment of digital supply chain tools and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to build supply chain capabilities across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and internal policies throughout supply chain operations.

- Certification in supply chain or process improvement methodologies such as APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or Lean is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
