Position description: Join Visteon's Supply Chain Process Leadership team as a senior-level analyst focused on driving operational excellence within the automotive supply chain. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in supply chain analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of automotive components. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to influence decision-making, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support the integration of advanced supply chain technologies in a fast-paced, global automotive environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable improvement plans aligned with Visteon's operational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain process improvements, ensuring alignment with automotive industry standards and company objectives.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to synchronize supply chain activities and mitigate risks.
• Utilize advanced data analytics and modeling techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supplier performance.
• Drive root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support the deployment of digital supply chain tools and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to build supply chain capabilities across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and internal policies throughout supply chain operations.

Educational Qualifications Preferred

• Proven track record of leading supply chain improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM) and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Certification in supply chain or process improvement methodologies such as APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or Lean is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
