THE ROLE AND WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will plan, execute, optimise and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms, driving customer acquisition, campaign performance and revenue objectives for D2C and other digital-first brands.

• Develop and execute performance strategies aligned with business and revenue goals (acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, scaling); prepare forecasts, budgets and projections.

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms: structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, placements and ad performance.

• Manage and optimise significant monthly ad budgets while holding target ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and other KPIs.

• Monitor performance, scale what works and fix what does not; run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers; partner with creative and content teams on ads.

• Ensure tracking through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager; track ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR and revenue; report with actionable insights.

• Advise clients and brand teams, mentor junior performance marketers, and stay current on platform changes and trends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-6 years of hands-on performance marketing; strong Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience scaling paid media budgets.

• A solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and funnel metrics; experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, communication and presentation; able to run multiple campaigns at once, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.

• Preferred: D2C or e-commerce brands; high monthly spends; scaling profitably; performance agency experience.

ROAS and revenue growth; customer acquisition and CAC; campaign profitability; lead and conversion volume and quality; budget utilisation; campaign scaling; account performance and client satisfaction.
