Role: SRE / Production Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SRE / Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in production troubleshooting, cloud technologies, DevOps, deployment, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining application stability, resolving production issues, automating operational tasks, and ensuring smooth production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring application availability and stability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
• Perform production deployments and release management activities.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Use Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Monitor applications and analyze logs using Splunk and cloud monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in SRE / Production Support.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Splunk.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Strong automation experience.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Ansible, Bitbucket, and GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with Charles Schwab.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a production environment.
