Strategic Planning and Operations Lead, APAC Sales

Meta is seeking an APAC Strategic Planning and Operations Lead to drive analytical and planning strategy for our Sales teams in the region. In this role you will turn complex sales and product performance data into insights and operationalize GTM levers that influence how sales teams operate - identifying what is happening in the business, diagnosing why, and developing the action plans that follow. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Data Science, Product, and Finance to build a shared analytical view of the region. This is an individual contributor role and you will be expected to translate data and insights into decisions senior leaders can act on.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the operating cadence for APAC Sales rhythm of business, including revenue reviews, account reviews, and business reviews - determining what these forums measure and what decisions they are built to drive
• Create and deliver executive-level communications, including weekly business reviews, briefings and strategic narratives, that engage and align senior stakeholders across sales, product, data science, and operations
• Deliver timely, decision-ready insights to the right stakeholders, in a form they can act on directly. which includes the WHAT, WHY, SO WHAT. Able to identify commonalities and insights that can potentially scale across markets and regions
• Partner with Data Science and Finance to provide a data-driven approach on goals and planning
• Translate global initiatives into regional execution, and develop regional work with the potential to scale globally

Minimum Qualifications

• 7-10 years of working experience in a similar capacity or function
• At least 5 or more years of experience in a hands-on quantitative or technical role,
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and Python, including hands-on experience with large, complex, multi-source datasets in a production data environment
• Demonstrated experience taking an insight through root-cause diagnosis to an executed action plan with a measurable business outcome
• Experience driving GTM outcomes through Sales and cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating across Asia-Pacific markets, with knowledge of regional business dynamics, advertiser ads or enterprise behavior
• Demonstrated ability to redesign workflows using AI tools with quantified impact, and to scale those workflows to other teams
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development, including prompt and context engineering or agent orchestration, and experience building AI-based tooling into analytical workflows
