AnyMind Thailand is looking for an experienced Strategic Planning Manager to create and lead digital marketing, influencer marketing, and integrated communication strategies. The role involves analyzing client requirements, developing strategic recommendations, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client briefs and identify business goals and challenges.
- Develop digital marketing, influencer marketing, and IMC strategies.
- Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research.
- Create strategic proposals and campaign recommendations.
- Present strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with account management, creative, and media buying teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Lead strategic planning discussions and provide expert consultation to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
- 1–2 years of team leadership or management experience.
- Knowledge of AI tools and AI adoption in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
